hutch is at a very fun age
where he is a little talking sponge,
soaking up everything we say
and causing us great amusement as he
uses his constantly expanding verbal arsenal.
some special nuggets include, but are by no means limited to, "peace out,"
"hey, homey," and "babe, come here for a second, please."

on a different note, alex purchased some bird feeders
over dudes weekend. he's a fan of birds,
and thought the little man would take an interest.
we did see some beauties like these:



















but , mostly we saw these:














which leads to the real thing hutch loves about the birdfeeders.
in an effort to keep the squirrels away, alex began to
"wreak havoc" on them by chasing them around with the hot tub net.
that in itself is entertaining, but it is amplified by hutch's delight in taking part
in the activity, constantly looking outside and asking if we can,
"wreak havoc on the squirrels, please."
